WOMEN'S QIGONG
12 pm to 3 pm Introduction to QiGong
Held at Ola’a Community Center, Kea’au (across from McD)
Learn various energy cultivation exercises using body, mind, and breath for breast and reproductive organ health. With an introduction to Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, both active and still practices are taught by Cheryl Ginter to promote the body’s natural healing abilities. Introduction class $25, is held the last Saturday of every month. Weekly classes are held in Volcano, Pahoa.
